LoyalFans is, without a doubt, my favorite fansite platform. And you really limit it by calling it a fansite because it's so much more than that. Subscription site, clip site, messaging site, livestreaming site - you name it, LoyalFans does it!

I made a post on BlueSky (see below) about why I love livestreaming on LoyalFans and it made me think about some of the other reasons it's my favorite platform. So I thought I would share some of those reasons with you.

1. Tutorials

The number one thing that I think most creators on LoyalFans really appreciate is their Site Tutorials. Literally every feature they have and every way you could use their site is walked through by real LoyalFans creators.

Their tutorials show you how to use site features, give you tons of tips on how to make money with them and even help you formulate and execute your business plan with LoyalFans. Creators can also access interviews with other featured creators and chats with fellow peers.

2. Timeline

There are so many ways to use the timeline on LoyalFans and I've seen creators get really creative with their streams. Whether it's as a mini-social media feed, a teaser wall or an all-access content extravaganza, there are so many options available - it's a little crazy!

I don't intend this post to be a walkthrough or tutorial or even just for creators, but straight up, look at all these options I have when posting:

I can select between posting for the public, just for followers or for subscribers with the option to let others pay to unlock my content. I can add labels to each of my posts, which let's me keep my timeline super organized (I currently have 14 different labels). I can schedule posts and set them to expire.

Other ways I can post that I really love:

• I can record audio straight from the posting interface or I can upload/select from my media cloud

• I can post polls with or without time limits and with up to 20 options

• I can setup fundraising, which allows me to ask for tips on specific posts

• While I don't use X anymore and I would never disable comments, it's nice that those options exist for those who use them

3. Video/Audio Store

One thing that I think really sets LoyalFans apart from other fansites is their clip store function. On most other fansites, followers would have to scroll your whole timeline to find your full-length videos and audios or rely on your consistent use of pinning/highlighting features. And clip sites don't have the fansite functionality that LoyalFans does (although a few, like ManyVids, are trying hard to make it happen).

I also love that my videos and my audios are kept in two separate places because I love when things are organized well. I do think each feature could use a little re-working (for example, manual sorting , global discounts on audios, category filters, etc.) but for the most part, it works wonders.

4. Shout-Outs

I don't have tons of experience with the shout outs, though it's a feature I plan to explore more coming into 2026. I've heard lots of creators use shout outs to offer custom video content. I know that the tutorial for shout outs was amazing!!!

5. Livestreaming

In the last year, the livestreaming feature on LoyalFans has become my absolute favorite thing! It's so simple, it's so streamlined, it's an amazing way to get followers/fans and it's almost always a good time!!!

Reasons why I love LoyalFans for livestreaming:

❤️ I don't have to download anything (except their app, just for clearer videos - it's not necessary)
❤️ I can go live from my phone
❤️ I can mute my mic (which is essential for me)
❤️ I can record and download every livestream to resell in my clipstore

The biggest draw for me, since I do almost everything from my phone, is that I don't have to download OBS or any other software to stream. I just open the site (or their app, which makes the video less grainy), click "Go Live" and blam, I'm livestreaming! The best part, again without downloading anything extra, I can record every moment of my lives. Then I can either repost them immediately or download them to edit and resell either on my timeline, in messages or in my video store.

P.S. LoyalFans offers the ability to go private in livestreams and also offers 1-on-1 video/audio calls. I've yet to use these features, although hope to in the future. The tutorials are a great place to learn more.

Currently, I stream really sporadically and don't really go into it with a plan or a goal or anything. One day, I'd like to change all that!

6. Messaging

So far, out of all the platforms I'm on or have experimented with, LoyalFans has the most intuitive messaging set up. They have a great automated message system that makes welcome messages super easy. Sending locked/PPV content is simple and I can send pictures and videos all in the same message. I can even fine tune message pricing, so for example, I can make where followers have to pay to send me pictures and videos or where certain fans don't have to pay to message. There are so many ways I can make their messaging system work for me.

7. Stories/Highlights

This is probably the only LoyalFans feature that I think needs some improvements but then again, I could say that about literally every site I'm on! I definitely don't use this feature as much as I should but when I do, it gets lots of eyes on my profile. I love to use it to announce new content, when I'm livestreaming or when I post new recaps. Stories disappear after 24 hours for viewers but I can add my stories to highlights so they always stay on my profile. For example, I have a "Welcome" highlight that gives a rundown of all the different things you can find/do on my LoyalFans.

8. Internal Discovery

LoyalFans has a great internal discovery feature. You can use hashtags, keywords and their explore page is amazing! Updating your page puts you front and center on the explore page, accepting calls or going live puts you on the explore page and being new or popular gets you on the explore page. You can also use hashtags on your profile, your posts and your videos that users can search or even click on to see more. It's really a great way to find new creators to follow and subscribe to.
